Quitting smoking is very different than becoming a non-smoker. The term “quitting” implies it’s something you stop doing for a little while then start again. Quitting is much easier than becoming a non-smoker, but it is usually temporary and only lasts until the temptation to start again becomes too great.
My program is about becoming a non-smoker. It works on the deeper reasons why you smoke and heals these reasons so you no longer feel the need to use cigarettes. Becoming a non-smoker is about transformation and becoming something new, and unlike quitting, these changes last.
