I created these free meditation downloads so that those of you who had never experienced hypnosis could get a taste of what it feels like. These therapeutic processes are designed to help you achieve the relaxed state your body and mind needs in order to create lasting change on an unconscious level. They are also very relaxing and can be done on a daily basis to de-stress.
These short 6-7 minute meditations will not fully hypnotize you however since they will make you very relaxed you should not use these while driving.
